Special views
From the Hafelekar, you have an impressive panoramic view of numerous mountain peaks. On clear days, the view stretches up to 150 kilometers and you can see up to 400 mountain peaks. These include the surrounding mountains of the Karwendel range, the Zillertal Alps, the Stubai Alps and the Ötztal Alps. The view even extends as far as the Dolomites and the Bavarian Alps, making the Hafelekarspitze one of the best vantage points in the entire region.
From the Hafelekar you can look north directly into the deserted Karwendel mountains, which offer numerous hiking routes and huts. Ideal conditions for tours lasting several days. The hut is very popular, so you should book early. Many peaks can be climbed in the immediate vicinity of the Pfeishütte, which is why many mountain fans use the hut for a stay of several days.
